Our journey began years ago, with our love for livestock in the Land of Israel and our love and connection to the luxurious world of kashrut.
\nWith extensive experience in both fields, demand from the field increased and we decided to establish \"Adarim\" - our baby.
\nOur uniqueness is the perfect combination of exquisite kosher together with uncompromising quality.<\/p>\n

The uniqueness begins with the selection of the herds, from the best Israeli breeders in the field of beef and lamb, selecting the finest breeds to the finest in the world such as Wagyu, Black Angus, Holstein, Mebkir, Limousin, Baldy lamb, crossbred lamb and more.<\/p>\n

And continues with the leading kashrut team in the country, under the excellent supervision of the Safed Badatz under the supervision of Rabbi Mordechai Bistritzky, head of the Kashrut Department in the city of Safed, and Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, Chief Rabbi of Safed.
