The wine is made from grapes grown in the community's vineyards, among the finest in the world, which enjoy the pleasant and unique climate of the Upper Galilee Mountains, a part of Israel that excels in viticulture. The wine is produced using a special method based on the family tradition from Bordeaux, France.
The wine was produced in a limited series of only 2,500 bottles and won a gold medal at the Terravino 2021 competition.
The wine is strictly kosher under the supervision of the Badatz Eda Haredit..
Storage conditions
Freshly delivered pieces can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two days, and if not cooked, they should be immediately placed in the freezer.
It can be stored in the freezer for a long time, although our recommendation is to use within 3-4 months to avoid damaging the flavor.
Products that arrive frozen, including: ground products, seasoned products, aged products, products with bones and internal parts, as well as lamb, chicken and fish - should be placed in the freezer immediately.
In all of the above, the instructions on the packaging should be followed.
The recommended defrosting method for frozen products is slow defrosting in the refrigerator.

Delivery days: Wednesday
Orders will be accepted until Wednesday at 9:00 AM.
Central region, Shefelah, Jerusalem, Beitar and Beit Shemesh – 50 NIS
Cities and towns:
From Netanya to Kiryat Malachi.
The entire Gush Dan and the Shephelah region.
Jerusalem area, Beitar Illit, Beit Shemesh.
Delivery days: Thursday
Orders will be accepted until Wednesday at 12:00 noon.
Southern region to Beer Sheva – 50 NIS
Cities and towns:
Ashdod, Ashkelon, Sderot, Netivot, Ofakim, Beer Sheva, Omer, Lehavim, Kiryat Gat and Kiryat Malachi and moshavim in the area.
Delivery days: Tuesday, once every three weeks and about a week and a half before holidays.
Orders will be accepted until the day before delivery at 12:00 noon.
Judea and Samaria – 50 NIS
Delivery arrives from the following locations only:
Alfei Menashe, Ma'ale Shomron, Karnei Shomron, Emanuel, Kedumim.
For the following localities: Itamar, Yitzhar, Shiloh, Ariel, Tapuach:
They will be able to pick up the shipment from the town of Kedumim, in coordination with the driver.
All other settlements are not in line.
Delivery days: Thursday, once every three weeks and about a week and a half before holidays.
